About the Role The successful candidate will teach French across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging and intellectually stimulating lessons that develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Students study a rich curriculum covering grammar, translation, literature, authentic texts, and the culture of French-speaking countries. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level French examinations while fostering confidence, independence, and a genuine enthusiasm for language learning. You will also contribute to the wider life of the department through language clubs, cultural celebrations, educational visits, exchange opportunities, and enrichment activities that broaden students' understanding of the Francophone world.
