About the Role The successful candidate will teach Science across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons that inspire students to develop a deep understanding of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Students follow a broad and challenging curriculum that combines scientific knowledge with investigative practical work, encouraging them to think analytically and apply scientific principles to real-world issues. At Key Stage 5, you will have the opportunity to teach your specialist discipline, preparing students for A-Level examinations and supporting progression into higher education and STEM careers. You will also contribute to the department's wider enrichment programme through STEM clubs, science fairs, educational visits, competitions, and outreach activities that promote enthusiasm for science beyond the classroom.
