What We’re Looking For * Has experience in PBS, psychology, education, or health & social care. * Is passionate about improving lives and reducing behaviours of concern. * Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. * Is confident working independently as well as part of a multi‑disciplinary team. * Is values‑driven and committed to promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion. * Has an MSc in applied behaviour analysis or positive behaviour support and is accredited by the UK‑SBA or BCBA (essential). * Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle (essential). Benefits Of Working With Spectra Care LTD * Flexible Working: Full‑time, permanent contracts with flexibility to accommodate your work‑life balance. * Comprehensive Training: Access to the Optimo Learning Academy for continuous personal and professional development. * Career Progression: Clear pathways to grow within our expanding organisation. * Supportive Team Environment: Work within a team that is compassionate, skilled, and supportive. * Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): Access to confidential emotional and practical support, whenever you need it. * Reward Gateway: A platform offering recognition tools and genuine discounts on high street and online retailers. * £250 Refer‑a‑Friend Bonus: Receive a bonus when you successfully refer someone to join our team.
