New Chapter Tuition is proud to be working exclusively with a specialist vocational education provision to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to join their growing team in Brighton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Behaviour Mentor, Learning Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Sports Coach or education professional who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and barriers to education.
You will support learners across KS3–KS5 with SEMH needs, ADHD, SEND, emotional and behavioural needs, and experiences of trauma. Through positive relationships, practical learning and consistent support, you will help learners rebuild confidence, improve engagement and develop the skills needed to achieve positive outcomes.
