Qualified Nursery Practitioner Location: Bristol Salary:£14.24 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Contract: Flexible Supply (Zero-Hours Contract) with Potential for Permanent Placement Start Date: ASAP Qualified Nursery Practitioner - Bristol Vision for Education is seeking Qualified Nursery Practitioners to work across a range of welcoming nurseries in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, enthusiastic early years professionals who are passionate about supporting childrens development in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Roles are available on a flexible supply basis through Vision for Education, with the opportunity for long‑term and permanent placements for the right candidates. About Vision for Education Vision for Education is a leading education recruitment and supply agency, working in partnership with nurseries, schools and childcare settings across the UK. We are committed to supporting our staff with ongoing training, dedicated consultant guidance and access to a wide range of local opportunities. The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will: * Support the care, learning and development of children aged 0-5. * Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. * Create a safe, warm and stimulating environment for children to learn and play. * Support childrens social, emotional and physical development. * Work effectively as part of a team to meet individual needs. * Observe, assess and record childrens progress where required. Requirements To be considered for the role, you will: * Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum). * Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting. * Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework. * Be caring, patient and enthusiastic about early childhood development. * Be reliable, adaptable and a strong team player. * Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
