Job Description: We are currently seeking a German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for both entry-level candidates looking to kick‑start their career in recruitment, as well as experienced consultants looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities: * Conducting candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing to identify top talent * Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates * Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience * Negotiating contracts and salaries on behalf of clients and candidates * Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process * Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market changes * Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs * Collaborating with team members to achieve company goals and objectives Requirements: * Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal) * Previous experience in recruitment is preferred, but not essential * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Proactive and self-motivated attitude * Team player with a positive and professional approach * Knowledge of recruitment software and databases is a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
