As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, you could: * Support pupils in the classroom, either 1:1 or in small groups * Help children with SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs * Build positive relationships that help pupils thrive * Support teachers with engaging lessons and classroom activities * Encourage confidence, independence and a love of learning Every day is an opportunity to make a lasting difference.
