Overview Our client is a leading provider of complex care, offering support to people living in their own homes in the community, some independently and some with their family. They are looking to recruit a Senior Branch Nurse to manage the clinical aspects of the service across primarily East and West Sussex. Reporting to the Operational Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for: Responsibilities * Overseeing case management for complex care clients, including auditing care plans and risk assessments and reviews. * Ensuring that clinical policies, procedures and forms are fit for purpose. * Support and supervision of Nurse Supervisors. * Preparing reports for and participating in the monthly Clinical Governance meetings. * Participating in discharge meetings, care reviews and liaison with health professionals. * Participating in on-call escalation rota. * Seeking new and appropriate services. * Networking with professional colleagues to promote best practice and service standards. Key criteria / Qualifications * An active PIN. * Understanding of community-based nursing / case management. * Understanding of CQC requirements for TDDI registrations. * Strong clinical skills. * Disciplined with a strong work ethos. * Team player, with good leadership skills. * Full, current driving licence and use of own car. * Must be based in East Sussex and be prepared to travel extensively in the area.
