Job Overview You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, a valid Pin number and an understanding of your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. You understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviours. You advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for the people living in our care home and their families. Safeguarding is everyones responsibility and you are able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, report concerns and seek appropriate advice and escalation if action is not taken. Qualifications & Requirements * Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care. * Valid NMC PIN number. * Understanding of NMC standards of practice and commitment to professional standards. * Passion to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues. * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. * Ability to role model professional behaviours. * Knowledge of safeguarding and ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect. * Willingness to attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
