Key Responsibilities: * Complete Section 17 and Section 47 assessments. * Undertake initial court work and Looked After Children (LAC) processes. * Manage a complex caseload, safeguarding children and delivering high-quality assessments. * Prepare analytical reports and represent the Local Authority at court and child protection conferences. * Work collaboratively within a team of 5 Social Workers and 1 Team Manager. * Participate in the duty rota every 6 weeks. * Support and mentor less experienced colleagues where required.
