Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) | Commercial Litigation is Booming Join a Leading Disputes Team | Grimsby | Competitive Salary
Litigation is one of the most competitive areas of law to break into, but arguably one of the most rewarding. With Commercial Litigation continuing to experience significant growth across the legal market, opportunities to join established and high-performing disputes teams are increasingly sought after. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) to join a respected Disputes & Regulatory team, working on a varied caseload of commercial, property and contentious probate matters for a diverse client base ranging from individuals and SMEs to national and international organisations.

Working alongside experienced litigators, you will gain exposure to high-quality disputes work from the outset, managing your own matters while receiving the support and development needed to progress your career. The role offers a strong platform for ambitious lawyers looking to build their expertise in contentious work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Opportunity

  • Manage a broad caseload of commercial litigation, property disputes and contentious probate matters.
  • Advise a diverse client base, including regional businesses, national organisations and international clients.
  • Gain hands-on responsibility while working alongside experienced dispute resolution specialists.
  • Develop expertise across a varied range of contentious matters with clear opportunities for progression.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor with between NQ and 5 years' PQE.
  • Experience of litigation matters, ideally including commercial, property or contentious probate work.
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • A commercially minded and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ambition to develop within a growing and successful disputes practice.
