Our client, a highly regarded and growing commercial law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its expanding Real Estate Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years' post-qualification experience to join a dynamic and collaborative team, advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions for an established lender client base. The role offers high-quality work, genuine responsibility and excellent opportunities for career progression within a supportive and ambitious environment.
The Opportunity
Working as part of a specialist Real Estate Finance team, you will advise on a wide variety of secured lending transactions, acting predominantly for lenders across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate matters.
You will manage your own transactions while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex deals, providing exposure to sophisticated financing structures and high-value property transactions. The role also offers the opportunity to supervise junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the practice through business development and client relationship management.
