Staff Nurse (Part time)

We have an exciting opportunity in our North Ormesby clinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patients lives. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures with the aim to increase the quality of life for our patients. A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on-the-job training, e-learning and access to our in‑house education programmed Academy. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for taking ownership of care programmes for renal patients, following the tailored care plans as per Consultant instructions and ensuring clinical activity is appropriately documented in the patient medical record. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaveurm processes; reviewing pre and post haemodialysis care with patients; working in a multi‑disciplinary team etc. About us Diaverums mission is to improve the quality of life for renal patients and we achieve this through our values of being competent, passionate and inspiring. Our Responsibilities * Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients. * Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented. * Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems. * Reviewing pre and post‑hemodialysis care with patients. * Collaborating within a multi‑disciplinary team. Requirements * NMC Registered General Nurse. * Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct. * Ability to work autonomously and in a multi‑disciplinary team. * Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
