An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Private Wealth Solicitor or Private Wealth Lawyer to join the Reading office of a national specialist practice recognised by the Legal 500 for its exceptional Private Wealth expertise.
Founded by senior partners from a leading national firm, the business has enjoyed exceptional growth and has ambitious plans to double in size over the next five years. It has quickly established an outstanding reputation within the Private Wealth market, combining high quality non contentious Private Wealth work with nationally recognised expertise in contentious probate.
The Reading office is led by a highly respected and Legal 500 recognised senior practitioner and offers a genuinely modern approach to legal practice. There is no hierarchy, no unnecessary formality and no traditional "name above the door" culture. This opportunity would suit a Private Wealth Solicitor or Private Client Solicitor looking to develop their career within a specialist Private Wealth practice. Applications are welcomed from lawyers at any stage of their career, provided they have experience handling Private Wealth matters and are looking to work with high quality clients in a supportive, ambitious environment.

Office attendance is only required when needed, with a minimum expectation of just one day each week in the office, entirely of your choosing. • 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, plus an additional day's leave for your birthday

The Private Wealth team advises individuals, families, entrepreneurs and business owners across the full spectrum of Private Wealth matters. The caseload includes estate planning, tax planning, Wills, Trust creation and administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, succession planning, Family Investment Companies and Personal Investment Companies.
Many clients are high net worth individuals with UK and international assets, meaning the team regularly advises on complex cross border Private Wealth matters while working closely with accountants, financial advisers and other professional contacts to provide a seamless service.
