Contract & Working Hours Permanent | 37.5‑40 hours/week | 52 weeks/year. Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday‑Friday between 07:30‑18:30. As a Team Leader you will manage a classroom for 0‑5 year olds, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment and leading your team to deliver high‑quality early years care. Key Responsibilities * Plan, implement and review learning activities that promote development through play. * Record and assess children’s progress and adjust learning plans accordingly. * Ensure every child feels safe, valued and happy, and support their overall well‑being. * Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents, building strong and positive relationships. * Lead, empower and support the team to achieve outstanding care and professional growth. Qualifications & Experience * DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above. * Minimum of two years working in an early years setting. * Strong knowledge of the EYFS and experience working as a Key Person. * Proven commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles. * Experience in collaborative leadership, effective communication and team management.
