Debt Recovery Agent
Ardent Credit Services Ltd is expanding so why not join us as a Debt Recovery Agent, in our Kirkby, Knowsley call centre. We are a multi award winning debt recovery and credit management services provider who operate in both the consumer and commercial sectors. Salary: £27,100 - £31,372 per annum plus non-contractual bonus.
Job Overview
On a day-to-day basis you will communicate with customers through incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Supporting customers to pay off their debts in a practical and affordable way. You will aim to understand customers individual circumstances by asking questions ensuring that the customers best interests are met.
It is hard work and can be difficult at times but also rewarding when we achieve the right outcome for customers whilst working towards KPI's. It's not for everyone, but you can make a real impact on people's lives.
