Childcare Locum Lawyer
The role:
We are seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join one of our long-standing local authority clients on an ongoing locum basis.
This is a fully remote role whereby you will manage a busy caseload of both care cases and some in pre-proceedings. In addition to case management, you will also be expected to conduct remote advocacy.
The successful applicant will work as part of an experienced team of lawyers with excellent paralegal support.
Person specification:
We are looking for a qualified lawyer with litigation rights and sufficient PQE to undertake the role with minimal supervision. Ideally, applicants will have previous local authority experience.
This is a great opportunity to continue to work on a remote basis!
