LHH is partnering with a leading UK law firm in the search for a Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate team in Manchester.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to join a highly regarded national practice, working on complex and high-profile transactions for a diverse client base. The role offers excellent quality work, strong mentoring from experienced partners, and genuine long-term career progression within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate, you will become part of a well-established Manchester Corporate team, supported by a wider national network of corporate specialists. You will advise a broad range of clients, including high-growth businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, management teams, educational institutions and established corporates.
The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, with significant exposure to mergers and acquisitions, investments, private equity matters and other strategic corporate transactions. Many of the firm's mandates have an international dimension, providing exposure to sophisticated cross-border work and high-calibre clients.
