Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Andover | Exceptional GP Practice | Flexible Working Location: Andover, Hampshire Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time Salary: Competitive DOE + NHS Pension + Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a highly respected, forward-thinking GP practice in Andover. The successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in delivering high-quality primary care, working alongside experienced GPs and an established multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective and patient-centred care. Responsibilities will include: * Independent assessment, diagnosis and management of patients * Prescribing where qualified * Managing same-day and urgent care appointments * Ordering and interpreting investigations * Referring patients appropriately within primary and secondary care * Health promotion and preventative care * Working collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes The practice actively encourages clinicians to contribute ideas, develop new services and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of patient care.
