By placing the right people in stores, they ensure maximum brand visibility, availability, and compliance at the shelf level, turning retail listings into measurable sales success. Job Description As a Territory Manager for Logobrand, you will take full ownership of retail performance across East London for brands like Carlsberg and Britvic. You will spend your days in stores, building relationships with managers and using data insights to optimize product availability, secure promotional space, and ensure maximum brand impact at the shelf. Location East London, UK Why this role is remarkable * Take true ownership of a dedicated East London territory, managing your own schedule and diary with significant professional autonomy. * Represent world-class FMCG brands like Carlsberg and Britvic, making a tangible impact on their retail presence and commercial success. * Join an award-winning field marketing agency known for its supportive culture, where individual results are visible on supermarket shelves every day. What You Will Do * Execute scheduled store visits to build deep relationships with in-store decision-makers and secure additional high-impact display space. * Analyze territory data to identify availability issues and proactively implement merchandising solutions that drive measurable sales growth. * Capture and report real-time visit data through mobile apps to provide actionable insights on competitor activity and compliance. The ideal candidate * Background in field sales, merchandising, or retail, ideally with experience managing multiple store locations or working with UK supermarkets. * Highly organized and self-motivated professional capable of planning a complex weekly travel schedule across Hackney, Stratford, and Walthamstow. * Strong communicator with the confidence to negotiate with store managers and a detail-oriented approach to planogram compliance and reporting.
