Working closely with Malvern Hills District Council, Worcester City Council, Public Health Worcestershire and a wide range of strategic partners, you will lead the development of innovative, evidence-based programmes that improve population health, reduce inequalities, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will inspire and develop teams and ensure our services continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of the communities we serve.

If you are a strategic leader with a passion for collaboration, innovation and improving lives, we would welcome your application and the opportunity to help shape the future of community wellbeing together.

  • Champion community engagement, co-production and inclusive access to services
  • Manage and develop the Healthy Communities team, supporting workforce growth and capability
  • Represent the organisation at a senior level across partnerships, networks and community forums

  • Resilient and adaptable, bringing energy, innovation and a solutions-focused mindset along with a genuine commitment to making a difference in communities
