Job description
Anson McCade are hiring a technology recruiter to join the team. This represents an exciting opportunity for new graduates or experienced talent to kickstart a career in recruitment. What do we do? We work with the biggest names in technology, sourcing and supplying tech talent responsible for delivering products on the cutting edge. Recruiters at Anson McCade help candidates meet their career goals while contributing to the growth of global businesses and start ups. They work with companies helping them better understand target audience, providing key insights that assist these businesses in creating pitch-perfect hiring strategies that ensure their success long into the future. What will you do at Anson McCade? As a new hire and someone that is new to recruitment, you will be given the resources needed to make this opportunity your own. You will interact with clients, supporting them in hiring for niche roles. You’ll work closely with these businesses, understanding what makes them tick in order to ensure your own success. This success will be directly tied to your own progression. We will provide you with: * A mediocratic environment where promotions are rewarded based on merit as are your earnings. * We combine uncapped commission with leading base salaries for new recruiters * 1-2-1 support and training. * The abilty to understand and work with recruitment data. * An understanding of recruitment best practices. * The ability to generate new business. * Access to exciting projects- delivering on a healthy pipeline of work and even opportunities to work on client based projects alongside internal teams. * Modern tools, including AI based tools and software. What we’re looking for? A recent degree (2.1) or postgraduate experience in a discipline such as sales, technology or Marketing.
