We are seeking a confident, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Waverley Vets on a full-time basis. Practice environment Set in the beautiful Surrey countryside with easy access to London and the South Coast, our friendly first-opinion practice is looking for a Veterinary Nurse to become part of our supportive team. You\ll enjoy a varied role, from managing inpatient care and running nurse consults to supporting our vets in theatre and diagnostics. As a training practice, we\re passionate about developing the next generation of nurses, so we\re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to be part of a like-minded team. Practice Highlights * Fully equipped practice, including in-house lab, digital and dental x-ray, and surgical facilities * Opportunity to work in sole charge at our small branch practice with an excellent client base * Be part of a supportive training practice with student nurses and experienced Clinical Supervisors, where everyone contributes to learning and development How You’ll Make a Difference As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. Working Pattern * 40 hours per week * 4 days per week, 8:15 am-6:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, split across two sites * 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30 am-12:30 pm * No OOH General Responsibilities * Theatre * Inpatient care * Nurse consults * Client support You Might Be a Great Fit If...
