Job description
We working closely with a progressive veterinary group to appoint a Practice Partner for a long-established and highly regarded clinic in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. This opportunity is ideally suited to a Veterinary Surgeon who values clinical continuity, community connection, and long-term ownership, and who is looking for a credible route into partnership without the risks or isolation of going it alone. The model offers genuine autonomy locally, supported by a wider infrastructure that makes ownership both practical and sustainable. The Opportunity As Practice Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading the clinics clinical direction, team culture, and service development, while sharing directly in the financial performance and long-term value of the practice. This is a highly visible leadership position within the local community, offering the chance to build a practice with a strong reputation for quality care, client trust, and team stability all underpinned by a clearly defined partnership framework.
