This Behaviour & Wellbeing Mentor role is ideal for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Youth Justice, Counselling, Social Work or SEND education. Working alongside experienced pastoral leaders, therapists and teaching staff, youll support pupils in developing emotional regulation, resilience and positive engagement with learning. The school takes a proactive approach to behaviour, focusing on understanding the reasons behind behaviour rather than simply managing its consequences. Staff receive specialist training in trauma‑informed practice, de‑escalation techniques and restorative conversations, ensuring pupils receive consistent and meaningful support.
