Responsibilities * Processing claims via the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portal. * Taking initial calls and collecting all relevant information over the phone and face to face. * Gathering all relevant information for the RTA claim. * Opening new claims in solcase and adhering to SLAs. * Responding to a high volume of emails on a daily basis. * Submitting CNF to the portal. * Conducting cases through stage 1 and 2 of the Ministry of Justice Portal. * Supporting Litigation Fee Earners. * Maintaining the case file on management systems. * Managing a high volume of cases and prioritising workload accordingly. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have previous fee‑earning experience, ideally within RTA, and at least 12 months experience in the role. You will also perform other duties related to RTA as assigned by your team leader.
