Job description
Nursery Manager Clacton-on-Sea | £38,000 - £40,000 per annum | Full Time Revive EYFS Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well‑established nursery in Clacton-on‑Sea in the search for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong early years leader who enjoys developing teams, building positive relationships with families and creating an environment where children can thrive. Situated close to the coast, the nursery benefits from its own outdoor garden and makes the most of its location through regular outdoor learning experiences and beach visits, helping children develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning. The Role As Nursery Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding and compliance are maintained throughout the setting. You will be responsible for supporting and developing the staff team, managing occupancy, building strong parent partnerships and ensuring the nursery continues to deliver outstanding outcomes for children. This role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up or an existing Nursery Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive environment. What Were Looking For Applicants should have previous leadership or management experience within an early years setting and be confident leading teams, driving standards and maintaining compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
