Not every job changes a child's future, but this one can.
We're looking for two compassionate, resilient Residential Children's Support Workers to join our home in Seaford, where you'll become part of a small, supportive team helping young children feel safe, valued and cared for.
Our children have experienced difficult starts in life, so they need adults who can offer consistency, patience and encouragement.
Whether it's helping with homework, celebrating achievements, creating fun memories or simply being there after a tough day, you'll play an important role in giving them the stability and confidence they deserve.
If you're someone who can build trust, stay calm under pressure and believes every child deserves the chance to thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Home
Our home currently supports three young children who are aged between 6-10, providing them with stability, care and opportunities to reach their full potential.
