About the Role The successful candidate will teach Art across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging practical and theoretical lessons that develop students’ creative skills, technical ability, and critical understanding of art and design. Students study a broad curriculum covering drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, photography, digital art, and art history. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Art & Design qualifications while encouraging experimentation, personal expression, and independent creative development. You will also contribute to exhibitions, gallery visits, workshops, enrichment clubs, and wider creative projects that showcase student work and inspire engagement with the visual arts beyond the classroom.
