  • Act as the primary point of coordination between DTC and external partners involved in programme delivery.
  • Coordinate activities required to achieve manufacturing, supply chain and operational readiness.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear, concise status reporting to programme sponsors and senior management.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of transition and onboarding processes.

  • Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and external partners.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and track programme progress.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive activities to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, driving actions through to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Effective communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
  • Preparedness to work outside of core working hours and travel to suppliers around the UK and abroad.
    Desirable
  • Experience of manufacturing transfers, supplier onboarding or contract manufacturer management.
  • Knowledge of electronic components and associated supply chains.
  • Understanding of quality management systems and production readiness activities.
  • Experience working within regulated, defence or high-reliability industries.
