Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Pay rate - £13.50 per hour
Hours - 8am-4.30pm / Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a confident and organised Recruitment resourcer and administrator to join our busy industrial recruitment branch in Stoke on Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into a career in recruitment, with full training and long-term progression available for the right candidate.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our branch, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all candidates and visitors. This is a varied position combining front-of-house responsibilities and resourcing with essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting candidates who visit the branch
Handling general enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Registering new candidates and carrying out compliance checks
Conducting ID verification and right-to-work checks
