As a Deputy General Manager at our Leeds Gym, you’ll bring management skills in everything, from driving sales to rolling out new business initiatives. You’re commercially smart, with a high degree of financial awareness and data literacy. Plus, you’re able to lead, challenge and develop a team with a customer service focus.
As a Deputy General Manager, you will:
Inspire your team with your passion for exceptional customer service
Harness your business knowledge to create and champion great customer experiences
Bring the creative, innovative ideas that maximise our membership sales and retention
Help drive important revenue generating services, such as food and beverages
