Summary
We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our compassionate team at HRM Homecare Services. Whilst this role is for a period of 9 months to cover maternity leave, there is a possibility that this may be extended or become a permanent position.
In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating care services for our clients who are based across areas of South Lanarkshire, ensuring they receive the highest quality support tailored to their individual needs.
