Blue Arrow is currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck FLT Drivers, Reach Forklift Drivers, Line Feeders, Warehouse Operatives and Logistics Operatives for a leading manufacturing business based in Belper, Derbyshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, materials handling, goods-in/goods-out, stock control, manufacturing logistics, production support, distribution, supply chain and forklift truck operations.

Successful candidates will join a fast-paced and modern manufacturing environment with opportunities for long-term employment, overtime, pay progression and permanent contracts.

Immediate starts available for successful candidates following registration, licence verification and site induction.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

Morning Shift

06:00 - 14:30

£15.79 per hour

Afternoon Shift

14:30 - 23:00

£17.76 per hour

Night Shift

Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00

Monday to Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00

£18.79 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck Forklift safely and efficiently
• Line feeding production lines with materials and components
• Supporting manufacturing and production departments
• Warehouse stock replenishment and inventory control
• Moving pallets and materials throughout the warehouse and factory
• Goods-in and goods-out activities
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Material handling and stock transfers
• Booking stock into warehouse management systems
• Performing daily FLT safety checks and equipment inspections
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory accuracy
• Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
• Following all health and safety policies and procedures
• Working towards production and warehouse performance targets

✅ Skills & Experience Required

• Valid Reach Truck FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, AITT or equivalent)
• Minimum 12 months' Reach Truck Driving experience
• Previous experience within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environments
• Experience with stock control, replenishment and warehouse operations
• Excellent awareness of workplace health and safety
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
• Flexible approach to shifts and overtime
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Own transport desirable but not essential
