Candidate Requirements * Holds a formal health and safety qualification, such as NEBOSH, NVQ Level 3 or higher. * Extensive knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice in utility environments. * Confident speaking to groups and able to make safety training engaging. * Able to work well independently with strong attention to detail. * Quick to learn, proactive and willing to get stuck in without needing to be asked. * Committed to supporting continual improvement and positive safety standards. * Able to work effectively as part of a supportive, team-focused environment. * Full UK driving licence. * Able to commute to Brentwood, with occasional travel to other depots such as Hatfield. Benefits * Company vehicle and fuel card with free onsite parking. * Mobile phone provided. * Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience. * 1 x paid wellness day per year – Free Day Off! * Team building days paid by the company. * Weekly fruit deliveries. * Working for a growing company with a reputation for SHEQ excellence.
