Job description

IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), is a global leader in neuroscience imaging and biomarker analytics, using its proprietary AI-driven platform to help advance the treatment of neurological disorders and reduce the uncertainties associated with drug discovery, development and monitoring. As a key part of the global neurological disease research community, the Company has built a global reputation and 20-year track record as an end-to-end Imaging Contract Research Organisation (iCRO) working with leading pharma companies, innovative biotech's, disease consortia and non-profit organisations. IXICO has supported hundreds of neurological clinical trials, analysed hundreds of thousands scans and built an expansive network of expert imaging centres around the world.

The IXICO Platform is tailor-made for neurological disease, reliably processing data from global trials, precisely measuring key imaging biomarkers associated with the identification, progression and treatment of diseases such as Alzheimer's, Huntington's and Parkinson's. Image data is interrogated by the Platform and IXICO's expert scientists translating complex data into clinically meaningful while minimizing data variability and increasing reproducibility.

  • Works with the Associate Director of Imaging Applications to plan and coordinate the deployment schedule in line with incoming client requirements.
  • Works cross-functionally to align dependencies, ensure clear roles and responsibilities, resolve blockers, coordinate UATs, and keep momentum behind critical delivery priorities.
  • Work closely with the Head of Computer Quality and Software Validation to input to and coordinate validation activities.

  • Requirement elicitation:
  • Coordinates requirement intake.
  • Supports Business Analysts in shaping the requirement elicitation forums and decisions that determine what gets delivered and when.
  • Supports right-first-time delivery through thorough requirements gathering and regular feature demos, improving visibility, enabling early feedback, and driving better outcomes.

  • Governs a platform feature prioritisation framework that balances strategic priorities with urgent client and operational needs, ensuring delivery choices support both innovation and business value.
  • Plans, leads and structures key meetings, drives clear actions, and ensures follow-through across teams.

  • Drives operational readiness:
  • Assesses how new features affect operational workflows and helps teams prepare and train for successful adoption.
  • Owns release readiness and change management, including stakeholder engagement, training, and operational preparation.

  • Measures success:
  • Defines and tracks KPIs for feature delivery and release performance, helping the business measure what good looks like.
  • Monitors delivery performance against agreed metrics such as velocity, bug rates, and UAT pass rates to support continuous improvement.
  • Measures post-release adoption, impact, and delivery performance, using insights to strengthen future prioritisation and outcomes.

  • Drives process improvement:

Qualifications and skills required for the role:

  • Employee Assistance Programme offering advice and support on a wide range of topics.
  • Hybrid working model pattern split between working in the City of London and remotely.
  • Reimbursement allowance to purchase equipment to support working from home.
