The Role
As a Panel Technician / MET Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacing damaged body panels.
Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) components.
Completing vehicle body repairs, chassis alignment, and structural repairs.
Welding and repairing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods.
Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
Working efficiently to achieve productivity targets while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
About You
We're looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in delivering first-class repairs.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Panel Technician, MET Technician, Bodyshop Technician, Vehicle Body Repair Technician, Vehicle Panel Beater, or Accident Repair Technician.
Strong knowledge of panel beating, welding, MET stripping and fitting, structural repairs, and vehicle body repair techniques.
Experience working within a bodyshop, accident repair centre, or vehicle repair environment.
ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
