The Role
As our BDM, you'll take full ownership of the sales process from first outreach through to close. You'll be the face of The Social Construct to prospective clients, representing our brand with confidence and professionalism at every stage of the cycle.
You'll be:
? Prospecting and engaging construction businesses through outbound activity
? Booking and conducting your own meetings presenting our offering directly to decision-makers
? Delivering tailored proposals using our industry-leading proposal software
? Managing the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contract
? Working to clear KPIs and taking ownership of your performance week on week
? We set you up for success you'll be provided with quality data, a polished meeting presentation, and our proposal software. Everything you need to perform at the highest level is in your hands from day one.
