An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business supplying specialist products into a range of industrial sectors.

The Role\nAs Technical Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary technical team responsible for product design, manufacturing and engineering. You'll take ownership of technical strategy, process development and new product introduction, while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
\nThis is a highly influential position, working closely with senior leadership to develop future manufacturing capability, implement a new ERP system and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities\nThe successful candidate will have a strong engineering background combined with proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
