ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Room Service Manager the In-Room Dining Supervisor at W Edinburgh will have overall responsibility for daily operations of the Room Service team ensuring guests receive a flawless service.

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel. We are looking for someone who is organised detail-oriented and passionate!

As an In-Room Dining Supervisor key aspects of your role will include:

• Create a positive working environment while providing support and guidance to the room service team
• Ensure high levels of service are being achieved
• Answer any questions on the menu selection including how food has been prepared any modifications that can be made and what allergens are present
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding questions length of wait product availability meal requirements allergies dietary needs and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas china glass and silverware before serving it to guests
• Present physical and accurate check to guests and process payments on service
• Follow health and safety guidelines and policies to report accidents and injuries
