We are recruiting for a Chef to join a well-established contract catering operation in Salisbury, working within the main restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys producing quality food while benefiting from structured hours and a supportive working environment.

Shift Patterns\n
You will work a mixture of:

- \n
- Early Shifts: 5:00am/6:00am - 2:00pm/2:30pm \n
- Late Shifts: 11:00am - 7:30pm \n
The Role\n
- \n
- Preparing and cooking fresh meals for high-volume service \n
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily food production \n
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene \n
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures \n
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation \n
What We're Looking For\n
- \n
- Previous chef experience within contract catering, hospitality, education, healthcare or similar environments \n
- Passion for producing quality food \n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen \n
- Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures \n
- Reliable, team-focused and well organised \n
\n
