Job description
A leading multi-national Hard/Technical Facilities Management company is seeking a QSHE Advisor to join its team. Reporting to the QSHE Manager, you will play a key role in promoting compliance, driving a positive safety culture and providing QSHE support across contracts. This Hybrid role comes with further development opportuntities including training i.e. Lead Auditor, Diploma in Health and Safety with career progression within a structured team. The role will primarily be based on the company's North West to North Midlands contracts. Key Responsibilities include * Supporting the QSHE Manager with day-to-day QSHE activities. * Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews. * Providing Health & Safety advice and guidance to operational teams. * Assisting with accident and incident investigations. * Producing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements and contract safety plans. * Delivering Health & Safety training to any areas identified within the contract. * Monitoring performance and preparing QSHE reports for management. * Supporting contract mobilisations and new business projects. * Liaising with clients and operational teams to ensure consistent QSHE standards. * Helping maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. * Assisting in the development and improvement of QSHE policies, procedures and systems. * Following up audit findings and supporting the completion ...
