The Role of Transport Logistics Manager You will lead the Upstream Logistics operation, supporting the delivery of service, capacity, cost, compliance, and sustainability targets. This is a hands-on role working closely with both internal teams and 3PL partners. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the supply chain strategy for Upstream Logistics and keeping up-to-date with industry developments. * Managing inbound shipments of raw materials, samples, and finished goods via air, sea, and road. * Coordinating documentation, quotations, and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery and compliance. * Overseeing QC processes at the warehouse, supporting issue resolution, and monitoring KPIs. * Managing stock putaway and storage procedures, including training warehouse teams. * Supporting inventory management, including allocation across channels and accuracy of master data. * Assisting with compliance and sustainability initiatives, tracking relevant KPIs. * Contributing to planning and budgeting for upstream logistics operations.
