Are you a Production Manager, Workshop Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or similar from a furniture or joinery background, looking for a senior position where you can take ownership of production while progressing towards a Director-level role?
\nOn offer is the chance to join a well-established furniture and joinery manufacturer that delivers high-quality bespoke projects for a varied client base. The company has built an excellent reputation for its craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to produce tailored furniture and joinery solutions. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring a Production Manager into the business.
\nIn this role, you will oversee day-to-day production across the shop floor, ensuring furniture and joinery projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will manage 4 Foremen across different teams, supporting workflow, productivity, quality control, and health and safety throughout the manufacturing process. You will also monitor KPIs, drive improvements across production, and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with company expectations.
\nThis role would suit a Production Manager or similar, with experience in furniture, joinery, or bespoke manufacturing, looking for a long-term role with clear progression to Director.
