Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire (NG24)\n
Salary: £31,259.00 - £36,044.04 per annum (£15.03 per hour)\n
\nService Care Solutions is recruiting for an experienced
Senior Residential Support Worker to join a well-established provider of children's residential care in Newark.\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people while working within supportive, well-rated children's homes.\n
About the Service\n
\n - Two separate 2-bed children's homes
\n - Supporting up to 2 young people across both homes
\n - Both homes are rated Good by Ofsted
\n
Shift Pattern\n
\n - Double sleep-in shifts
\n - 7:30am – 10:30pm, followed by a sleep-in on every shift
\n - 3-week rolling rota
\n - 1 Saturday worked, 1 Sunday worked, and 1 full weekend off within the rota
\n
RequirementsTo be considered, applicants must:\n
\n
\n - Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Residential Care (or equivalent)
\n - Hold a full UK driving licence
\n - Be 21 years of age or over
\n - Have experience working within children's residential care
\n
Recruitment Process\n
\n - CVs will be reviewed as they are received
\n - Initial informal Microsoft Teams discussion with the Registered Home Manager
\n - Successful candidates will then be invited to a face-to-face interview
\n - Interview feedback provided within one week
\n - Immediate starts available for candidates who are fully compliant
