The Green Man Hotel is a beautifully refurbished 14th century pub and hotel nestled in the picturesque village of Mulberry Green. This thriving 58 bedroom business benefits an even split between food and drink trade and hotel revenue creating a dynamic and varied operation. As a high volume venue The Green Man hosts weddings throughout the busy summer season delivers memorable Christmas events and caters to a strong portfolio of corporate clients year-round.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader ideally with a hotel background to help drive this successful business forward. Supported by a well-established pub leadership team youll have the opportunity to make a real impact within a unique venue that combines historic charm with modern hospitality excellence. The role also comes with the benefit of spacious 3 bedroom accommodation above the pub.
As General Manager youll have the freedom to succeed to build a business to be proud of whilst developing your team and creating a warm welcome for your customers. From the moment you step through the door youll lead by example make sure our customers and teams have a great time.
