\n If you're an experienced Portfolio Manager with a background in bridging finance or development finance, this opportunity offers the chance to manage a varied portfolio of refurbishment lending while working within a collaborative specialist lending team. You'll have ownership of complex cases and play an important role in delivering strong customer outcomes and effective credit stewardship.\n
\n
\n This is a role where you'll work closely with lending, underwriting and risk teams, giving you exposure across the full lending lifecycle. You'll join an organisation that supports professional development, values collaboration, and offers the stability and benefits of an established specialist lender.\n

Package & Benefits\n
\n • Salary up to £60,000 per annum.\n
\n • Discretionary annual bonus.\n
\n • Hybrid working with a 50/50 office and home split.\n

About the Company\n

\n You'll be joining an established specialist lender with a strong presence in the property finance market. The business provides specialist lending solutions and is committed to responsible lending, professional development, and delivering excellent service to customers and intermediaries.\n

Key Responsibilities\n
\n • Manage a portfolio of bridging finance and refurbishment lending facilities throughout their lifecycle.\n
\n • Monitor portfolio performance, construction progress, cashflow and early warning indicators to ensure effective credit stewardship.\n
\n • Prepare credit proposals for facility amendments while maintaining compliance with lending policies.\n
\n • Work closely with customers, brokers and internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient and high-quality lending experience.\n

About You\n
\n • Experience within property lending or development finance in a banking or property finance environment.\n
\n • Strong knowledge of bridging finance and refurbishment lending.\n
\n • Experience managing lending portfolios and supporting complex property finance transactions.\n
\n
