Cleaning Supervisor - FM Service Provider - Manchester - £13.71 per hour

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider located in Manchester. CBW are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to develop their career in FM based in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial environment.

Details/Hours of work:

Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week
Temp to perm
Immediate start

Key duties & Responsibilities:

The supervision of front-line operatives
Regular meetings as directed by line management
Feedback to line management regarding service delivery issues and overall perception of Service delivery
Undertake regular service audits
React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame
Ensure that all operations are conducted safety and appropriate risk assessment is conducted for non-recorded activities
Notice and report any H&S issues that may arise within the estate
Assist the Cleaning & Services Managers in delivering a fully compliant operation
Meet regularly with The Cleaning Manager to discuss service delivery and the changing
Requirements for the estate
Support the delivery of training to the soft services team
Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of cleaning
Staff to cover absences, lateness and holidays
Note and report any general maintenance issues across the estate
Be flexible in covering planned and unforeseen absence by colleagues

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Previous experience of supervising operations in a demanding environment
Customer service focused
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge and application of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH
Assessments, hygiene standards and health and safety management
Good command of English language, both written and oral
