Join the team as a Senior Progression Coach and take the lead in supporting young people facing homelessness to build resilience, secure housing, and access meaningful opportunities. You'll manage a small caseload while coaching and developing a team to deliver high-impact, person-centred support grounded in a strengths-based, therapeutic approach.
We're looking for a confident leader with experience managing people, caseloads, and risk in fast-paced community settings. You'll be skilled in safeguarding, partnership working, and driving outcomesbringing energy, empathy, and accountability to everything you do.
