Supporting a team of senior leaders across the organisation requires stamina, skill, sensitivity and a terrific work ethic. Discretion and charm are prerequisites, as is an impressive ability to spin plates and remain unflappable. We seek an outstanding candidate for a richly rewarding role. The PA to the SLT will not support the Principal or the Commercial Director as part of their role. Key responsibilities To coordinate and manage the diaries of SLT members, seeking opportunities to plan time effectively and in accordance with organisational priorities. To deal proactively with incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of SLT members, including drafting letters and emails, to ensure timely, professional and appropriate responses to all communications. To keep abreast of the Prep calendar of events and prepare and distribute weekly notices accordingly. To prepare documents for signing, including draft or final letters/emails on behalf of SLT members, ensuring a high standard of quality and delivery within required timescales.
